Smoke Native accepts major payment methods, including e-transfer and credit card through secure third-party processors.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped promptly.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or violation of these Terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer fast, discreet delivery across Canada. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Delivery times vary depending on location. Smoke Native is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or incorrect. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@smokenative.ca with photo evidence.

We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to health and safety standards.

7. Promotions and Coupons

All promotional codes, discounts, or loyalty offers are subject to change without notice. Only one promotion can be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Smoke Native reserves the right to cancel or deny coupon usage if misuse is detected.

8. Intellectual Property
